The EUMA project, funded by DG ECHO, aims to establish a tailored Master's programme in disaster risk management to address Europe's mounting challenges. The fourth out of six specialised workshops will focus on Technological hazards and crisis management.
The worshop will take place on 19-20 February 2025 at IMT Mines Alès, in Alès France.
It is an excellent opportunity for practitioners, researchers and post-graduate students interested in risk and disaster management to deepen their knowldege of technological hazards, and the management of crisis situations due to industrial accidents.
The discussions between participants and the EUMA project parteners will influence the curriculum for a new Master's degree in risk and disaster management.
The workshop is open to a maximum of 25 participants, with some positions reserved for members of partner institutions. Practitioners and researchers in disaster management and related fields are the main target audience.
