It was with great joy and pride that we celebrated our graduates this Saturday, November 30, at the Cratère Scène nationale d'Alès, on the occasion of the 2024 graduation ceremony. More than 400 students, apprentices, specialized trainees and PhDs picked up the precious, long-awaited sesame, after years of hard work, perseverance and commitment.
The ceremony was also marked by the awarding of 5 Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR) diplomas, the highest university qualification!
Many thanks to our godmother, Charlène Descollonges, herself a former student of the school, for her availability. Thanks also to Thierry Trouvé, President of the School Council, Christophe Rivenq, President of Alès Agglomération and Jalil Benabdillah, Vice-President of the Occitanie Region, for their presence on this very special day!
Finally, a big thank you to the OMA - Orchestre des Mines d'Alès, to Simon Venet and his diabolo performance, to the school's Rock Salsa group and to the Pompims for sublimating this ceremony with their musical and artistic performances 🎼
Once again this year, IMT Mines Alès co-organized, with Mines Alès Alumni, the EMayens d'or ceremony, which rewards alumni with remarkable career paths and experience.
